I use this to medicate feral cats that live in a colony by my house when they get infections (fights and TNR gone wrong). It's worked so well I've used it on my own pets when they've had problems as I'm over an hour from the nearest town with a vet. Initially I was worried about opened or expired products if buying on ebay but never a problem here. The neighbors use antibiotics someone locally buys in Mexico for things like this but I feel MUCH more comfortable buying these- made in the USA and fish grade (much more sensitive to impurities than we are).
