I am very surprised by how effective this thing is. My neck has been frequently spasming because I'm too tense of a human being I guess? This thing helps and while It is prohibitively expensive for most, IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY IF YOU ACTUALLY USE IT REGULARLY!
