Oh my god! What!
Delivered on time and would use this supplier again if ever I needed another copy.
As for the books themselves, having only glanced at the rule book and being only three quarters though the sign book, I strongly suggest you keep it in your vehicle at all times as you are going to need it at some point, of that I am more than sure.
I could go into greater detail, but this is not the place as it has raised more questions than it has answered about what I thought I knew and had been taught.

Just to clarify: "Is the content compelling?" Of course it isn't, it's a systematic breakdown of highway usage in the UK, a guidebook, compelling doesn't come into it....
Earlier editions may cost less and the 2019 edition is more recent, this purchase represented an ideal balance of the two as the 2018 edition is still up to date.Read full review
