A book most people should read...!

This book is full of facts ...& not fads. And is written by qualified Doctors who have an
open mind.

You will probably ask yourself why this information hasn't been made available before.<br>
Whilst it is possible that there will be some for whom it won't work, it is clear that it does
work for so many ... and the earlier in life you start, the better.

Not only that, you are not restricted in what you eat - although there are excellent
suggestions as to what is best. It is how you eat ... or more accurately, when.

One of the biggest problems people face - how to maintain weight after any losing
the desired amount, is also addressed.

Given that particularly in Western Society it is clear there is a major obesity epidemic
apparent, you would think that all governments should make this sort of information
compulsory reading in schools (...the later years probably being the most suitable), so
that the next crop of 'adults' will be suitably knowledgeable and avoid the problems that
are currently rife in their parents! ( Yes, including me)! :-)

Worth reading

Weill written, clear and easy to understand this book makes the case for fasting two days per week.

I do not know if this will work for everyone, but in three weeks of following the recommendations I have lost 3kg and lowered my blood pressure and blood sugar levels.

From my viewpoint it is definitely worth continuing the experiment .

A book that will change the way you think about food

I was recommended this book by a friend and I would have to say that it has completely changed the way I think about food. After borrowing a copy and getting 15 pages in, I went and bought my own copy as well as 2 additional copies for my friends, who I feel will get equal enjoyment out of reading it.

My reliance on food as a whole has minimised and I don't feel the need to constantly snack as I previously did.
I lost 2kg in 3 weeks by simply stopping snacking.

I couldn't recommend this book highly enough, it will change your life.
