Great calculator
I owe many calculators and had to get a scientific one for a course. I absolutely love the buttons because I had a TI-30X IIS and those buttons would often not register keystrokes when I press, so I had to always check to make sure the numbers were being punched in. That's not a problem with the TI-30XA, functionally wise it does what a scientific calculator is suppose to do. Only problem is that I believe that the TI-30X IIS has more functions and the TI-30XA does not have a up/down/left/right buttons.Read full review

TI-30Xa solar school edition scientific calculator
This is the calculator that my students have to use at school for math. They can also use it for science. It is useful. This calculator obviously doesn't do everything that the graphing calculator does, but students use it from grades 3 through 8 and it functions for what they need it to do.
