I'm picky with amino acids but...

I used to swear by the amino 1500s from Holland and barrett, so I was only buying these as a spare until the 1500s were available again. I found these tablets easier to consume as they are chewable which makes a change from the monster size 1500s I was taking ( I struggle to take tablets) so these chewable tablets I was 90% happy with. The 10% i wasnt happy with was the taste of the raspberry was slightly sickly and they also contain sweetener such as sucralose. ( I've cut down on all my sugar and sweetener consumption). I have been using these for both my gym workouts and boxing sessions and wow these are working wonders for me and my sessions along with recovery, apart from the taste and sweetener, i cannot fault the performance, they do exactly what's said on the tin and more. I'm definitely thinking of switching full time to these from the original 1500s I used to take and they are better performing and easier to consume.Read full review
