quite heavy but absolutely fantastic to use could not do without it

I bought this to replace a tefal steam generator iron which gave up after 15 years. Although this is quite heavy it is so brilliant and so quick and being used to a heavy one before it suits me fine. I've used many irons over the years, and a lot have been Tefals and the GV8461 has been the best yet ... I'm on my third of this model and have bought another for when #3 eventually dies.

Badly Packed Item....... fortunately no damaged sustained !

The item arrived promptly, BUT......it was very badly packed.....the outer cardboard box was up side down and the inner contents had polystyrene totally disintegrated and destroyed.......who is to blame DHL perhaps ????
