Lightweight and great various sizes
I will not bake pastry items with anything else than my AirBake pans! I LOVE THESE PANS! I bake my French Bread and Sour Cream Biscuits on them also. I cover with foil for Garlic Bread, ect., to protect the surface, too. Can not go wrong with these pans and worth every penny. The dark colored pans burn and hard to regulate oven temperatures due to their metal components and the dark coloring. Buy them while you can!!!Read full review

What would one cook using this?
I purchased this airbake natural aluminum cookie sheet and I am totally surprised. After preparing the surface with a teaspoon of oil, it emerged from the oven with a sticky coating that can't be removed. I've scrubbed, I used paint thinner to try to remove the residue - it's awful. How could anyone cook and then get the baked goods off of this pan. What a waste of money!Read full review
