This weather station I give only 4 stars and only because it doesn't have a back-lit screen. Aside from that it keeps time accurately and gives you inside and outdoor temps plus humidity. Great feature to have to know it's going to rain or snow. The numbers are big enough to read but you need some light to see. The package came when promised and in good condition. Good buy and price. Not what I was Expecting

Would not buy again. Instructions small print ,hard to read. Display has to be at just the right angle to see it clearly, can't set it just anywhere. I think Taylor makes good products but this didn't work for me.Read full review

One insignificant problem.

Pros: Good value for the price. Replaced malfunctioning unit (10 years old) that sells for 5 times the price.

Cons: One feature is defective. Can change time on alarm, but can't shut alarm off. It only beeps for about a minute, so I set it for one o'clock in the afternoon and forgot about. Everything else important works fine. Not worth the time and effort to return.Read full review

Does the Job.

Nice unit. Had Oregon Scientific before for over ten years that finally died. Loved it but this unit does the same for a lot lower price. Only thing miss is the outside sending unit doesn't display the temp on it. That was a nice feature for me as could check temp outside or inside on either/both units. Perfectly Simple

I finally found for what I was looking: an indoor/outdoor thermometer with large letters, a small clock, and nothing else. Placed by the front door, I can see clearly from far away what the outdoor temperature is as I leave. I would have given it five stars, but it does not have a way to hang it on the wall. Not worth the money I paid. Very poor product.. Cannot see figures on screen.

Cannot read numbers....very, very dim. Must hold it directly in front of you to read and is still rather dim. Tried new batteries, but it still doesn/t work. Ready to trash it.
