Perfect product
After speaking with my tattoo artist in the run up to my latest piece of work I discussed aftercare products. She mentioned tattoo goo and explained how good it was (previously I'd used a large brand of nappy rash ointment). The tattoo goo arrived quickly and was well packaged. Upon use I noticed how nicely it applied and that it really made the colours on my piece seem more vivid. Following my tattoo artists instructions I apply the tattoo goo 4 times a day and now a week and a half later my new tattoo looks great and has healed super well. Never had anything like it!
So I have quite a few tatts and have tried loads of products. I eventually settled on Cocoa Butter because it smells great and did a decent job of keeping my freshly done pieces looking healthy. However, someone recommended Tattoo Goo and I thought I’d give it a go, so I bought the kit online for about £12. I can now honestly say I swear by the stuff! So much so, I’ve just bought 3 more pots! I had my entire calf done 7 days ago and since using Tattoo Goo Original Salve, I haven’t experienced any itching or pain around the tattoo at all! It’s also almost completely healed with only 1-2 days of peeling. No scabbing, No unnecessary scarring, No loss of colour or ink. My skin feels and looks great. It also has a really fresh herbal smell to it which i quite like. Cannot recommend enough!

Really nice product
I really like this, it smells lovely and feels nice on the skin, not too greasy. However at the beginning where it is a balm it can take a while to get enough product to cover the tattoo. I personally wouldn’t put this on a tattoo that is scabbing but it was great for when mine started peeling. I really like that it’s in a small tin, great to carrying around out with you for when your tattoo gets dry. I used this on fairly small tattoos as it may be a little time consuming trying to apply this to large areas of skin when it could be don’t much quicker with a cream. After deciding to have some 20 odd year old tattoos covered up I ordered this on recommendation (from my son) for my new ink. After all I don't telnet it being available back then. It's a brilliant product, spreads easily (you don't need to use much), and smells lovely. Seems to do a great job of stopping my tattoo from drying out too much. May need earning up a bit too spread initially. Just use it a few times a day when your ink is very dry (I recommend taking it to work depending on what job you do so you can reapply during your shift if possible). Best tattoo after care I’ve ever used!
I’ve tried quite a few different after care products & have always found issues with them like.... they are really greasy, take a lifetime to dry, make the tattoo sting, cause redness on the area I’ve used it, & even found some of them dry the tattoo out worse than before I treated it, BUT tattoo goo is amazing as it’s natural, it smells nice, it rubs in to the skin really well, it seems to speed up the healing process & it even improves the colouration on OLD tattoos, it’s great quality & is more than worth the money..... highly recommend to all, Thankyou TATTOO GOO! 👍🏻

I think that the tattoo goo is definitely the best this one in the green tin is way above others that I have tried it really brings out the colours in your tattoo and the big tin at 21 grams lasts for quite a while it’s great quality. When I actually had my tattoo done at first this was what I was given it was amazing I had absolutely no problems no bleeding or oozing from the tattoo it healed so well very impressed with tattoo goo. Did a bit of research online and this was one of the top recommended products. 1 week post tattoo and everything is going as it should do. Use the wash twice a day and pat dry then the balm 15 minutes afterwards. Start using the lotion after about 3 days and use 3 or 4 times a day.
