Fitted this upstairs and used clone button to bind with my router when testing speed it came up as 10mbps faster than downstairs router so quite impressed note it comes up as your routers name with extension on end so you have to actually bind your devices to this to get the reception as it is bound to your router it is same password as router Read full review

we bought this for our daughter and grand-kids as there wi-fi is not the best. no signal upstairs so was freezing then loss of contact. bought it.was delivered in less then 24hrs. daughter plugged it in and was away. signal strength was perfect all around the upstairs with no freezing or loss of signal at all. also according to our daughter its got pretty lights as well. so i can recommend this tp link extender if your wi fi signal is on the weak side in some places around your home. for the price i really cant see you have anything to lose.Read full review

Has made a difference
