Great piece of kit

I bought these because my hairdresser uses them on my hair. I especially like the fact that they heat up quickly. I have quite fluffy hair when I first wash it and these straighteners tame it down quite a bit. Loved the pouch to keep it all together which will be really handy when travelling. The varying temperature settings is also another advantage. If you are thinking of buying don't hesitate. You will not regret it.Read full review

I was sold a Faulty version

I was excited to test this product today as I have been using my Friends for months and it was working really well until five minutes into straightening, it went from hot to warm and wouldn't straighten my hair at all, so warm even I could put my fingers on the ceramic plate. Very unhappy with this purchase as it looked really promising and even came with the heat mat and pouch.

It is not the brand itself as I have been using my friends for months without any problems, I believe I have been sold a faulty product and therefore would like to be refunded.Read full review
