So far so good. I usually use maca etc as a separate supplement, but good to see its blend with other male boosting ingredients. Seem to have noticed some extra boost in the gym, but still early days so will see if it makes a difference long term. Great value for money. I have been taking this product for a couple of months now. At the start I would say I did not see any change. Now I look as if I have more bulk now my muscles are fuller looking while still keeping good definition. My strength has also gone up I am a 60 year old man who has been training with weights for the past 40 years. I am now lifting heavier weights than I ever have.
