I have been using this product for over 20 years. If your looking for a no rinse wash for incontinence care. Then look no further. It's so easy to use and it leaves a fresh and moisture feel on your skin. And leaves a barrier as well. I cannot recommend this product enough. 😀😀😀Read full review

i'd give it 10 stars if i could - it is wonderful - could not live without it - i am elderly and v. disabled and it is perfect for maintaining hygiene - especially in the intimate areas of the external body (use topically only). been using for a few years now and i recommend to everyone - male and female.

I couldn't manage this stage of Paul's dementia without Wash-Cream.

It is some 20 years since Paul was overwhelmed by symptoms of dementia, and by now it is affecting his continence, with up to 10 trips to the loo a day, and up to half a dozen poos, and up to 6 or 7 changes of pad. With all that to deal with, I can't shower him every time he needs cleaning.
So I use big roll blue paper and Wash-Cream, and keep him clean that way. The pump action on the bottle means I keep it on top of the loo, and the cream is readily accessible. I couldn't manage without it. Just remember that the big roll blue paper may be flushable, but it only gets as far as the man-hole and then forms paper-mache, and needs expensive drain clearing, so keep a small pedal bin next to the loo and drop the soiled paper into that. Excellent product

As I temporarily can’t use the shower due to illness, I researched to see if I could find an alternative and found this cream.
You can use it over your whole body, it doesn’t require rinsing, and it leaves a very pleasant smell. Used in conjunction with Tena large wipes, you will always be fresh and clean.
