Great light but not sure about the illuminated base
I bought one of these a few years back to use in my garage - immediate light before switching on the mains lights !! Torch is handy too for reading the meters.. The old one still works as a torch but the light sensor has failed so happy to buy what I thought was the same model. The difference now is the "dawn to dusk" feature on the base. I don't want this being illuminated all night in the garage, but you can switch this feature off. I would have preferred a model without the illuminated base, but no big deal. Still the best sensor light I have found and perfect for what I need.Read full review

Lowest light level is too bright
Great idea and useful features, but for domestic use is probably too bright even on the lowest setting.
I bought this having seen one in a (large) rental property recently.

I previously had one of these and decided to purchase more as I found it extremely helpful at the top of my stairs and the torch is excellent too. The torch is very useful and would be fully charged whenever used.
One is for a friend with grandchildren staying over regularly, extremely useful for through the night.
