These pans work great.

The reason I gave these pans a 4 instead of a 5 is because the steamer leaks so much, it doesn't work. I find myself using all the pans except the frying pan and the steamer. The frying pan has a pattern in the bottom. I prefer a smooth finish for most uses. The pans make no noises and are consistent when used on a 3500 watt induction cooktop. I just started using this induction cooktop and love the speed. I did and still am learning the differences in cooking with induction. This pan set is will worth the purchase price, even if you never use the steamer or frying pan. I over heated and flat out burned some food in one of the pans. Was able to clean the pan completely and use it with no problem of any kind. Most pans would have ended up in the garbage. I have done this a few times as I sometimes get distracted while cooking. As I mentioned, induction is different.. Don't base cooking times on other types of burners. Induction takes fifty percent or less for most dishes. Most of the time, you cannot leave the burner on and go do something else. Burnt pans and food are the result. But, should you make the same mistake, you can clean and polish the pan like new, and continue using the same pan.Read full review...
