A fun album.

I recently discovered the proclaimers while watching the British sticom "The Cafe". I like several of the songs very much...my favorite is the title song: Sunshine on Leith. The other song with lyrics: "I would walk 500 miles..." is very good and stays with you. This album contains a mixture of ballads and high energy pieces. I found a couple of the songs to be uninteresting..at least so far. However, overall, this is a fun album. Read full review

I'm going to be 500 miles is really the only song by the Proclaimers I was interested in. It's definately a different sound than what I usually listen to. All in all I'm glad I purchased the cd.
