Very happy with this heating pad. Takes a few minutes to come to full warmth, but the heat then stays consistent and warm and it is very soothing for my arthritis. Great, reasonably priced heating pad. I am going to order another as a back up. For theft-safety delivery, I would suggest the seller please mail it in a separate box or envelope instead of a label put on the actual heating pad box which announces its contents for all to see. This is my second Sunbeam heating pad. My original is from 1971!'it still works. It doesn't cover as much back area. On the smaller size.
