Absolutely no padding in the arch

I was not happy with this product, the picture shows a good size pad in the arch but when I got this product there was absolutely NO padding or arch support.

Add pain to your pain

This device actually hurts when used to alleviate foot pain. I would not recommend this for those persons suffering from plantar fasciitis.
