Verismo should have been able to repair or replace

Product frothes both hot and cold milk as well as I can with a manual french press - Other brands I have had produce thinner froth so it doesn't hold up to a cold or hot latte. My only regret is my original machine just stopped working with no warning after less than 2 years. When I called Verismo the company rep could not offer any discount on a new or repair - very sad that they won't take responsibility for a machine that I would have expected to work much longer. I might use daily but we aren't a big family or workplace. For this reason, I didn't opt to spend $60 on a new one from retailer.Read full review

Love the froth, but there are some issues

We are on our second one. It does an excellent job of frothing if you like a dense, heavy froth; much better than some of the other frothers we have used which seem to make a lighter, foamier froth using the same milk. However, should the fragile plastic spindle or lid break, as ours did, they are not covered by the one year warranty and no replacement parts are available. It also tends to "crust" frothed milk on the bottom of the frother which is harder to get to and clean off than other frothers we have used.Read full review

THE BEST FOAMER you will ever own.

The brother is THE BEST I have ever seen or used. I used to work at Starbucks for 13 years and truly this is the BEST foamer (other than a huge espresso bar) that you can own. The Verismo espresso and coffee maker is THE BEST I have ever seen for in-home use. It uses pods like Keurig, but the espresso and
1-cup of coffee is excellent.

Barely Warm

I looked forward to my tea in the mornings, but this did not do it. It does not get your milk hot, and you have to keep turning it on every few minutes or so because it only stays on a few minutes at a time, and even then it’s just lukewarm.
