Bought this product for dog shows. I am on the road from about 5am and this was still piping hot at the end of the day. It didn't break when dropped. I have lost many flasks this way. Keeps my hot water amazingly hot for 24hrs, is a little heavy when full but it is nearly 2L of water! it is a large diameter flask so doesn't sit in the door pocket of my van so spends it's life in my bag between the seats. Apparently it's guaranteed for life but not the filler cap? these are available separately if you have a problem with the seal.
