Great no impact exercise while sitting.
I have been using it every day to get in my steps. I use in the sitting position. It is very quiet. I finally have gotten my husband to do some exercise with it. We both have hip issues and this gives us no impact exercise in whatever weather is going on outside. It gets very hot here. I read on my tablet or watch TV while I exercise. We usually do half our steps in the morning and half in the afternoon. Very pleased with my purchase.Read full review

I absolutely love the In Motion E3000 Compact Strider
I recently had a Massive Heart Attack. I have arthritis in my lower back, hips, knees and feet. I needed something to workout to in a seated position. So I purchased this machine, it was the best decision I ever made. I absolutely love this In Motion E3000, I get a upper and lower body workout while in a seated position.
