Genuine product! Works as well as Armour thyroid or Naturethroid. My family physician would not increase my dose, even though my T3 levels were below range! In the midst of a swine flu epidemic, the lab is still producing a viable product. The price has roughly doubled in the past year, but I do understand that raw product availability is subject to pricing pressures.
