Absolutely shitty. Screw brake in the middle of floor, leaves half a screw up. That's with pre drilled hole. Did not do the job but made it worse.!

The key is finding the studs under the floor. Even with a good stud finder this can be difficult in older homes. Kit works great and small holes are easily patched.
