Brilliant Product
I have been using this product for the last year, it does exactly what it says it will do, but you do need to measure it correctly. I use a pump spray for the patio and pour some in a container to use with a brush if it's likely to spray on grass or plants. I used it with a brush on the fence, it removed the algae within a day then I was able to paint it. It removed all the algae, killed moss and weeds on my patio and driveway after leaving it for a week. It then leaves a coating which protects the stone, I gave my patio and paths 2 applications in the spring, I had no need to spend hours power washing. It also removes moss and algae from brickwork. Really worked
I bought this from a shopping channel a year ago. I always pressure wash the drive every year so thought I would try this. I applied it bùt thought it wasn't working so dragged out the PW again. It was at the beginning of this year when I noticed that the drive didn't look so dirty. Each year there is usually black patches where the rainwater runs off but not this year. I also noticed a reduction in the algae. It definitely worked for me and although at first, I was sceptical, I am really pleased with the result. I have just sprayed the tiles on the canopy and will be re-applying it to the drive when the weather permits. It will save me a lot of time, energy and of course water.Read full review

have only given a 4 star rating as its the first time I've used the product, but so far (3weeks since treatment) it appears to be doing the required job. Easy to mix due to graduated spray bottle and easy to apply. appearance of algae seemed to disappear within a few days and so far had remained clear. Ok if you have time to wait for it to work
Saves time scrubbing, but takes too long to see the results, its a week now since being used and I’m not seeing a huge difference yet, ok if you have time to wait but I’m maybe to impatient.

Miracle product
After spending 10 years worth of autumns/winters having to jet wash off algae/lichen/thick green covering off my huge patio- this has been a miracle product.
Within a day it started working and by day 3 everything had gone.
This has given 5 months protection through the season- I’m only now, needing to reorder.
This size of pack will last till this time next year An good value compared to other retailers.

Definitely works
I have tried other moss and algae killers in the past. Although they work quite well a 4 0r 5 litre bottle does not go very far. This had good reviews and because it is concentrated you are getting 25 litres if you dilute 4:1 as the instructions say. This means plenty of stuff to do the job in the first place plus some in hand for areas thet might need a second treatment.
I have so far used it on a white painted wall, some brickwork and a wooden fence. There was some noticeable effect in a day and more so after three days. The instructions say leave a week and by then all the green had simple disappeared except for some areas of my neighbour's derelict fence which were very bad indeed and even this was only a faded green. I think it keeps on working for longer as it still keeps improving. Definitely worth a try.Read full review
