Decent microphone if used with a good cable.

This microphone outperformed my expectations from such a cheap offering by a long way. As I had a good microphone cable already, I discarded the poor quality cable that came with this microphone, as other reviews had complained about a poor quality connection and crackly sound. I am pleased to say that I have experienced move of the issues using my own cable.

For it's price point, this sounds great and feels great in the hand. My only critical point would be sensitivity, could be a little higher, but again, at the price this week's for, you have to limit expectations.

All in all, if you are on a budget, and keep expectations realistic, this is a microphone I would recommend.Read full review

Good cheap Microphone

Whilst it is very good value for money, the microphone does come with a 3 meter lead that needs replacing for a good quality one. You still need to have the mike quite close to your mouth to pick things up which is more like a Directional mike and not Uni-directional which this is ment to be. This mike is fine for home use, Karaoke and p.a work where quality is not that important. Giving item a 3 star rating as its cheap. It does the job but sound quality could be better.Read full review

Good cheap beginner mic

I only used it for vocodet use to quality was not really an issue. However it is s good sounding cheap tough feeling mic. Ideal for beginners, bingo calling or DJs.

For the money, this is extremely good value and the microphone cord is detachable, which means the cord can be safely left off the microphone and cuts down on any chance of tripping over it when not in use.
It is solidly made and works well.
Also comes with an adaptor, which allows straight plug-in to an amplifier, but if the adaptor is not used, the microphone can be plugged into other smaller fit sockets. Basically it can fit either of the normal socket sizes.
