Refurbished SONY SRF-59 FM AM Walkman portable radio

This is the 3rd one of these I've owned, and it's just as good as the ones I bought new (which are no longer available). The only part of the order I couldn't use was the new earphones, as these are the rigid plastic ones, and I can't get them into my ears - they're much too big! Robust and reliable

I have had one of these little radios before and it has had a fairly tough time of it as I am a gardener and use it all the time. it has been sturdy and able to withstand all the bashing and knocking that happens in that type of work and has carried on when a lesser model would have broken. When the last one did finally give up the ghost, I immediately replaced it with the same model. I do have to fiddle a bit with the earplugs to get the stereo effect but once that has been established, it works well.Read full review
