The PS4 Pro works as expected.
Excellent form factor and nice and slim which fits perfectly onto my TV stand on the shelf above the sound bar.
Took a while getting to grips with games and which service to opt for.
No need to have any games with it as the amount on the Playstation Now store has ample and there are lots of free to play game out there.
The graphics and sound are amazing, but a large newish TV helps with the gaming experience.
It takes care of a couple of hours if I have the time to kill.
As I am into WOT Blitz this was an interesting change with WOT Console and War Thunder, amazing games graphically and endless fun with these 2 particularly. Read full review

Disk tray broken

I bought the item assuming that I’m going to hear a tiny noise when I insert a cd.

However, the first time I put the cd I started to hear an extremely annoying noise that you can’t imagine how loud it was I couldn’t finish downloading my game even so I ejected the cd.

After that it wouldn’t even allow me to insert any cd.

Bought this PS4 for use by the grandsons, they’re 9, when they visit. Not doing that at the moment so I’ve been using it.
The range of games available is bewildering, the level of the graphics is quite amazing. I’ve never been a big fan of gaming, never had the time when working, but I bought a couple of games to see how I got in now that I don’t work. Ps4 brilliant machine better tha xbox one

I have always had xboxes up to the xbox one. This Ps4 beats it in all aspects. You can play the games more or less straight away and it can update while on power save.
The title screen could be simpler for newbies but you can modify the look i believe.
The graphics are much smoother and i cant fault the speedy wireless controller latency.

Cant really fault it, just one gripe but i suppose its game developers faults really. I installed call of duty from dvd it started working after a number of minutes- not bad but then needed a 19GB update, you can play the game without it and then allow it to update in safe but it isnt that quick even on an actual speed of 40MB line.
