Quality Sony Radio
Most Sony products are good quality and this little radio is no exception. Reception is good on both AM & FM and there's the benefit of a tuning light and also one to show that there's sufficient battery power. The item comes with a carry strap and is pocket-sized. My radio was refurbished but looks and plays as good as new. At nine pounds, this was a bargain at the price, but I'd question the wisdom of paying a great deal more than that for this particular AM/FM set. Battery life is excellent too.Read full review

no on/off switch. It is part of the station button. It is very light and plasticky and being a portable radio I think it would fall apart if bashed about a bit I wonder at the wrist strap because of this but time will tell.Read full review

Bought to replace previous model. Works well. Only criticism is placing of on/off switch too close and on same side as tuner. Keep going off channel when turning on/off. I
