Surprisingly Great Camera.

Excuse my enthusiasm but I wasn't expecting such a great camera for the price. The pictures are crisp and sharp even at high zoom. The low light options are very effective for shadows and late evening pictures. The easy to use options in the menu make taking perfect pictures in just about any circumstance. I am surprised at the quality of pictures from a "Point and Shoot" camera. I recommend this camera to anyone novice and pro alike.Read full review

This camera I would recommend to anyone. It is a little bigger than I expected, not a problem. The photos are very true to color and very vivid. I like the quick action mode or sports mode taking several in a row. I have no bad things to say about this camera. I keep it charged up for those unexpected times you may need it. Love everything about this camera. This is the third Sony we have had, they stand up to time and use. The large lcd screen is nice. I have even been able to take it outside when it has been pretty cold, can take the temps. I especially like the upclose feature, it automatic so I don`t need to reset this. This camera is well worth the buy. For under $200 you are getting a 20mp picture quality plus a 35x optical zoom that works quite well even when zoomed all the way. I call these type of cameras the training wheels before going Pro. If you don't know a whole lot about stop exposure or shutter speeds, this camera has many settings putting the exposure in different modes where you can see/learn the differences between balancing the camera to light sources. The camera's resolution will not give you the quality of a camera with changeable bayonet lenses, but for the price it produces a picture quality that gets the job done. the camera came in excellent condition and good packaging and had everything as promised. now for the camera, it's amazing for taking photos of almost anything, and with the excellent zoom and no loss of sharpness or image quality it can capture anything within miles. this camera is not made for video, you can get a decent looking 720p video but video is not it's strong point. the flash is also great, lit up my shots perfectly when in a dark room. the included lense cover is high quality and is easy to take on and off. and lastly the included strap is good but a bit long. overall great quality and value!Read full review
