Doesn't work well

When it plays it sounds good but after i insert it nine times out of ten it doesn't work. The radio constantly says " stuck" and doesn't play. Not satisfactory !

It squeaks.

The rotating band squeaks constantly and I can't correct this. Disappointed with this aspect of the product as I've had the identical model before and there was no issue with squeaking.
