Cassette's really...
Didn't have any cassettes to try in my new used car, but i have 2 sony I-pods, 8meg and 16megs full of albums, plug this in and it works great, no excess sounds from mechanism or sounds from speakers except the tunes, sounds great and can use the ipod again, or your phone, some people load them up too...my car has a 6 disc loadable cd player and a cassette deck and great sounds so this is it...no more unloading and loading disc...Read full review

Kept ejecting in my '05 Tahoe OEM
Maybe was my type of tape player ('05 Tahoe) but it would play for 1 or 2 seconds and eject over and over. Tried everything - even the you tube troubleshooting tricks.
Was basically a waste of money for my vehicle.
Ended up buying a different one (Radio Shack brand).... That one works flawlessly.
Has something to do with the configuration of tape adapter internals vs your players auto eject I think.
Anyway the two seconds of sound was good. I didn't have another vehicle to try it in. I'm sure it would work in others.Read full review

Broke very quickly
Bought this and popped it in and it worked flawlessly and sounded great, after only a week however the sound quality significantly degraded and my cassette player kept spitting it out. Then out of nowhere the left channel completely cutout. Bought a new tape, the Monster one, sound quality was significantly better from the start and I've been using that for 2 weeks and it still works as it did the day I got it unlike this, which is already in the recycling. You get what you pay for, and this was the cheapest option.Read full review

Feedback and clicking noises
When this product is working, it is excellent. After a song or two, I can hear the subtle clicking sound coming through the speakers (does not happen with normal cassettes). I also get a deep rumbling sound which I think is related to the jack connection. It seems to go away for a little if I twist it back and forth a few times but it comes back anyway.
I was hopeful but unfortunately I ended up disappointed.Read full review

Simple and time tested device
I used such devices in the mid and late 90-ies to connect the CD-player to the car radio cassette player.
They were quite reliable and worked well.
Unfortunately, I don't have those older devices, but It was nice to find and purchase their counterparts.
I think it's a good option for use with vintage equipment - the new devices look exactly the same as the old!
This was the reason for buying these Items.
In addition, the device is easy to handle and does not require a lot of attention (it does not require permanent or periodic charging, complicated adjustment, etc.).
Of course, its reliability will be checked even during operation. ))Read full review

If you need one of these adapters, spend a little extra and get a good one!
Works very well, sounds surprisingly good and has good build quality.
Package was dated 1998! Before things got extremely cheap and flimsy.
Sony car connecting pack...
Work's beautiful sound is great no problems thank you....

Works Good but Quality is Subpar
Does the job decently however it seems on the unit I received that the aux plug is faulty. Some popping noise when my phone is plugged in.
