No to shabby at all!
This unit has three sound levels out of the box and I didn't need to download the app for any fine tuning. "ULT" 2 mode was perfect out of the box for me. I have a pair of premium home speakers and the Sony Ult 7 has a good reach for bass and vocals if properly placed. Read full review
