I've tried this several nights and immediately noticed I was breathing and sleeping much more soundly, and waking more alert the next morning. This is definitely great for people whose nasal passages tend to block up when sleeping, forcing them to mouth-breathe (and hence snore). I don't find it uncomfortable (about 1 out of 10 on a discomfort scale) though I can't insert it as high into the nose as the instructional video suggests to do, and it does go askew sometimes. But it works anyway. I really like that it can be rinsed in hot water and reused continuously, as some other solutions seem quite pricey to maintain continuously. Depends what kind of snorer you are

Actually works well for opening the airways but depends what kind of snorer you are as to the efficiency of this working for you..I suffer with allergic Rhinitis..Wife says I still snore although not quite as bad. I don't wake with a dry mouth when using this but it seems hit/miss how comfortable it is for me and I often take it out in the night...Must say that it does stay in which is more that can be said for the plastic type dilators infact it's sometimes hard to get out!

Too painful to put in.

The first few times I tried to put this in, it was so excruciatingly painful I just couldn't do it. I haven't had the courage to try again. This comes with a nasal locator, which I can get in with ease. However, it's not clear from the package directions why this is supposed to help. Maybe my nose is too long for this product? Nonetheless, the Snoregem does seem to be very well made. And it comes with a very nice plastic case. If I could wear it, and it helped, then it would be much more economical than nasal strips or other plastic nasal dilators I've tried.Read full review

East to fit and lightweight

I have tried everything over the last twelve months and they have all failed

Having read about the new snoregem 2 I thought I have nothing to lose
I watched the installation video to make sure I fitted in my nose correctly and
immediately new my nasal passages had widened I have worn this for 5 nights
running and bingo no snoring

snore free nights

Because this device really opens up your nasal passage getting to sleep without the worry of waking your partner is easy. In the morning your mouth isn't horribly dry as you have been able to breathe through your nose at night and I have no doubt the standard of sleep you achieve is far batter. It takes a little while getting used to putting it in to start with but before long you will able to manage in the dark without having to look in a mirror. Great product.Read full review

High quality, but painful

Despite being of high quality, it has a slight disadvantage which is when you turn to your side and press down on it for whatever reason it does become quite painful against the nostrils. Should work well if you snore and sleep belly up. Unfortunately I don't.Read full review
