Didn't really want to spend £80 at Argos for one so when came across this listing it was a no brainier to buy it now, I was expecting more an unbranded wonder core but it's exactly the same as full price ones, from the box to the equipment. It is easy to put up and down, however the instructions are not too clever as it does not tell you how many repitions you should be doing or how to actually do the exercises right. I would not buy this again, save your money and buy something else! I used this item for a full month-It has not defined anything on my body was expecting at least some definition to my stomach with the sit ups-nothing! I am back at the gym and eat healthy-lost 4lbs this week using gym equipment instead of this quick fix nonsense.Read full review
