Had the old belt with the panel on the front for many years, finally gave out so splashed out on this one. Much easier to use, set and recharge.

I have to be honest I have only used it twice so far ,so can't comment on howay effective it is .
One prob I had was that sticky pads were hard to remove from my skin causing bruising .
