This product was plug in and go. Set up to watch the channels that you have on subscription and free view was easy. To get the box to record and use catch up TV was easy to set up following Sky's instructions but didn't fully work.
A phone call to Sky service and was talked through various procedures and eventually we got it fully functional.
I do like the Sky box menu's and screens and layout, much better than the Free to view box we have.
One complaint, I wish the box was smaller like Free to view but I guess that is because it has the mains reducer thingy inside the Sky box as apposed to a lump by the plug in?.Read full review
