It is made with the Singer name on it. Good sturdy machine, with enough bells and whistles and not a bunch of unusable or unneeded add ons.

Lightweight

Well my is 90ties and she is using Singer sewing machine since she was young girl. I remember she has Singer machine 1947 model all run by hand.
