They are okay, but I have tried the yellow packet T6 I think it’s called and found that worked so much better for me, they are similar but I lost my baby weight in two months on a calorie plan and exercise plan, where as with this one didn’t see my oh difference at all, I just have it a try. But defo going neck to the yellow ones as they are the best, saw results so much more with that one and so many people asked how I lost the weight.Read full review
