If you’ve been to Malta or Gozo maybe you have tried Kinnie. It is a wonderful bitter orange herb infused soda. I think of it as a soda for adults or as a non-alcoholic alternative to Aperol, only more tasty. It would make a great spritz and I believe there is an alcoholic Kinnie Spritz available. It reminds me of life in Malta as a kid. My hole family like it so its great for party. As I'm getting older I'm not able to deal with the fiz but I'm able to get it go flat and it still tastes good.
