You get what you pay for...

If you are looking for a tool that will take abuse all day long, day in and day out I suspect you will need to spend 10 times as much as this on a machine made to do just that! If on the other hand you need a great machine that will handle incidental / light use, then this is probably the machine for you.
It is well made, easy to assemble and works well. My only criticism would be the paint job on the main body which has a large patch where the paint has run... That is pretty minor and really, I don't care as long as it works the way I need it to. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the paint job, whilst I say I don't care, it would not be an honest review if it did not reflect that minor detail...
All in all, this is a great bit of kit which represents exceptional value for money.

Junk!

This is a toy not a tool!
So weak it shouldn’t be on the market. Fails to do what it’s intended for.
Grinder stops when you apply pressure as does the sanding belt. If you’re planning on working with anything harder than polystyrene this is not the machine for you!Read full review

You get what you pay for

In general it is a good machine well made and substantial. The one fault I have found, and I can only speak as I find the motor that drive the belt lacks some power. I do quite a bit of woodwork, small stuff, mushrooms and the like on the lath. But when I offer a piece up to the belt it just slows until it is ineffective. The grinding disk is no problem. It appears that a "large" face of friction on the belt is enough to slow it and even stop it. Well that's mt two peneth. Read full review

Be carefull

Out of the box looked good. Read the blurb switched m/c on. In a fraction of a second the belt was hard over the right side bending the side guard and wrinkling the belt .The good thing is, it cut out before I could hit the stop, After about an hour of opening and adjusting I have no complaints of performance.Read full review

Good first belt sander

Purchased as not ready to spend lots on a more powerful model. It does the job for us perfectly well. Would like a better one, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with purchase

Bench grinder and belt sander

Better than the 2 wheel grinding stones I have for sharpening tools, brilliant for sanding those small pieces of wood.

Great little grinder

For a small diy or hobbiest it's perfectly suited for those small job where you just can't be bothered to do it manually. A very happy customer.
