Brilliant, must have piece of kitchen equipment.

A very useful addition to your kitchen equipment as a non stick, temperature resistant baking mat or as a non slip base for a working surface. Very useful indeed.

Silpat mat

This was a replacement for my old Silpat which had been accidentally cut with a sharp knife...do not use anything sharp on it!
I love my Silpat and wouldn't be without it. Very non-stick, doesn't need greasing, I have cooked meringues and pizzas on it, no sticking problems, bread rolls, scones, biscuits...the list is endless. You won't regret buying one!Read full review

Brilliant product
