Silent Zees Snore Relief

I've owned an expensive professionally made mouth guard in the past but it wore out so I bought this one hoping for success. It's made of a pretty soft material, but after wearing it, in a couple of places in my mouth my teeth were really sore because my teeth are not perfectly straight. It would work best for someone with perfectly straight teeth.

Also, there are scant cleaning instructions -- It can't be boiiled, and you probably shouldn't use harsh cleaners on it -- so I worry that re-using it is nothing more than putting a bacteria-infested piece of plastic in my mouth and risking cavities and possible illness.Read full review

I have used the Silent Zees for a number of years and have had no apnea problems. I’ve been told I still snore though.
