This Sikkens Rubbol Primer Plus Exterior paint gives good coverage with a single coat, and for exposed areas a second coat is advisable but will out-last any other primer/undercoat that I have used in the past 45 years ( of course you have to prepare the woodwork well to start with) on one occasion it was 3 years before a top coat was applied and this primer only needed a light sanding.Read full review
