Used for sealing car seals around tailgate

I had a leak into my car boot and used this to seal the welding joints. I sprayed with a can of car paint once the sealant had dried and had been tested in heavy rain. The leak was fixed so this product works well for that type of job. I am pleased with the product and price.Read full review

Sikoflex rules OK

I needed to put an TV aerial on my motorhome but was dead against any drilling. Dreading the job I reduced the size of the aerial mount and used this product. The job took just minutes then the anxious wait to see if was stable. Waited 24 hours and fitted the omnidirectional aerial also from ebay. Speed down the motorway waiting for a'clunk' Nothing! Great outdoors sealant/filler/adhesive

Sikaflex is just about the best gloop available to bond, stick, fill and protect items in an outdoor environment where other sealant/adhesives will degrade with UV light.
From boats to buildings, I don't know of anything better. One important thing to make sure of though is that you are using the correct Sikaflex product for the job - there are self-leveling versions, ones with high shear strength, etc.
In this use-case, I needed to use it for sealing solar panels together and onto a frame to make a solar roof and it has done the job to perfection.Read full review

Sikaflex 221 Black Motorhome Sealant

I used this sealant recently when repairing a leak on one of my Motorhome windows, which required me to replace a rubber frame to wall panel seal and bed the frame onto a 10 mm bead, of really good quality 'non-hardening' sealant. This product had been recommended on a number of Motorhome forums, as being the type to use and so rather than skimp on a cheaper brand, I decided to take their advice and use this product.

I must admit that it is worth the extra and you can tell it's really good quality sealant, which is applied using a standard sealant gun. I would certainly recommend this product and should any of my other windows leak, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.Read full review

I have not used this product before .
Reviews are good , have used very similar product for car body panels and found them satisfactory.
Only criticism is use by date does not have long lead time and I think supplying tube with at least 3 tube tips would be beneficial for user an selling point Read full review

Perfect for window installation.

Fixed a leak on a Motorhome window. The window was removed and cleaned up first, this would not have been possible if the window had originally been installed with Silicone Sealant. Car thinners useful for cleaning and removing any excess Silaflex during the window installation.Read full review
