I use these on my road bike, with MTB shoes. Totally solid and reliable pedals. They are a little on the heavy side. If you want lighter, you can spend a lot more money.

Double-sided design makes it easy to clip in, don't have to worry about which side to hit. With SH-56 cleats, clip in/out is easy/flexible. I'm new to cleats and it's such a better experience.
