It's used,, the motor small burnt at first , it runs till it die's , so I have to take it back ,press dock to charge , It's fine for what I paid $ 249.00 .

Doesn't get all of the dog hair off the carpets but still a good job. I just use the big vacuum cleaner every 3 or 4 days to deep clean. Hair does tend to wrap around the roller.
