Use an iPhone for the app or it may have problems

We got the robot for Christmas and put the app on an Android phone. Two days later it kicked us off the app. 5 calls and 8 hours on the phone with Shark support, they admitted, they couldn’t help. Try putting it on a different phone. We did and now it works beautifully! Love it!Read full review

Inconsistent and is always areas!

I had hoped the robot vacuum cleaner would work without a lot of interaction from me. I have had it for two weeks now and it still missed rooms on a regular basis. Is inconsistent with its cleaning patters and at present is not as "set and forget" as I expected. Auto empty is great and cleaning seems to be good. The thing doesn’t pick up most things. Climbed my jade plant & knocked it over spilling dirt all over my living room floor. Cleans the same room but doesn’t clean other rooms. I have to pick up all cords before it runs. It can’t find the charging base. For what this cost it would have been better getting a canister vacuum.Read full review

We had a Roomba for 2 1/2 years and she did a pretty good job, We thought we would try a Shark after reading some reviews. Wow - what a difference! Shark has the best

I have 2 Shark vacuums now. The first one is Charlene that doesn’t empty it’s self but it does a good job but takes longer to cover an area because of the design. So I decided to invest in the smart model which empties itself. I am really impressed with the performance that it delivers. When you watch Phylis perform you start to believe that she is alive and has eyes on the way she stops and actually thinks on her next movement. Not mad about this product

Very good product. It was able to map out home in 3 uses and the suction is great. I mean I still have to sweep once a week but it's better than having to sweep every other day.
