Anti freeze test strips
Very convenient and cost effective means to check the pH level of my anti-freeze while making sure mu anti-freeze is still good. Most people don't realize the importance of the pH level and how 50/50 anti-freeze is to acidic for todays engines with all the different types of metals. Most cars today are designed to have anti-freeze with the acidic level around 10. Shipment of test strips to my house was fast. There is an expiration date on the test strips that was 2 years away from the time I received the item. Fifty strips with 7 vehicles that uses anti-freeze is an overkill but I have plenty to share with my family and friends.Read full review

Coolant Condition
The coolant condition was a request made by a support technician at Gates Manufacturing for electrolysis in my water pump. My old water pump on my Mercury Sable showed signs of electrolysis. One of the test included a coolant condition. I was able to determine my coolant's Ph with these test strips. It turns out that our cars cooling systems are more important than I previously thought. With results from this test we could rule out this factor in an effort to solve the problem.Read full review
