Did not end my moderate hot flushes

Started taking this at the recommendation of my GP, for the symptoms of the menopause, such as hot flushes and mood swings. I didn’t want HRT so gave this a try. Am SO glad I did! It certainly works and it is a big help. Everyone is different, of course, so please ask your GP for advice before starting new medication, especially if you’re taking prescription drugs. Seriously lesson your symptoms,personally mine were getting bad in terms of not sleeping cos of the sweats and hot flushes.They are still there but so not so bad!
